Who we are

wallE Development is a trading name of Ingrediente Peculiar, Unipessoal, Lda., a company registered in Portugal, NIPC 519521196, with its registered office at Rua da Boa Vista, n.º 19, 1.º Dto., 4925-181 Viana do Castelo, Portugal. You can contact us at alexandra@walledevelopment.com.

Our services

We provide project development consulting: diagnosis, analysis, study and solutions, for real estate, technology and science projects, and for businesses expanding abroad. We help you understand what a project can become, assess its feasibility, structure the team and partnerships it needs, and support you through execution.

Prices and payment

• Diagnosis: €300 + VAT.
• Follow-up session: €200 + VAT.
• Larger engagements (Analysis, Study and Solutions) are quoted individually in a written proposal.

Paid sessions are booked and paid for through our online booking system, with payment processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking. We do not store your card details.

Advisory nature of our sessions

Our sessions and reports give you our professional assessment and recommendations. They are not legal, tax or investment advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Real estate mediation

wallE Development does not itself carry out real estate mediation. Acts that require a real estate mediation licence under Portuguese law are performed by our licensed partner, Developlan, holder of licence AMI 27633.

Market access and supplier introductions

When wallE introduces a supplier to a client project and receives compensation from that supplier, this will be disclosed to the client in writing.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from these terms or from our services will be submitted to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

Complaints book

As required by Portuguese law, we keep a physical complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at our registered office. You can also submit a complaint through the official national platform at livroreclamacoes.pt.

Cancellation and refund policy

Paid sessions (Diagnosis and Follow-up)

Payment is taken at the time of booking.

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made in time are refunded in full.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refunded. You may reschedule once, within 60 days.
• If you do not attend and have not cancelled, the session is considered delivered and is not refunded.
• If you arrive late, the session ends at the scheduled time.

If we need to cancel

If wallE Development cancels or cannot hold a session, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Follow-up pack (3 sessions)

The pack is refundable in full if no session has been used. Once the first session has taken place, the remaining sessions are not refundable. Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Free calls (Intro, Investor and Partner calls)

No charge applies. We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule in advance if you cannot attend.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you book as a private individual in the EU, you have 14 days from booking to withdraw. By booking a session that takes place within those 14 days, you ask us to provide the service during that period, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the session has taken place.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Larger engagements (Analysis, Study and Solutions) follow the payment and cancellation terms in the written proposal.
