Who we are

What data we collect

• Identification and contact data you give us when you book a session, fill in the qualification questionnaire at /services/questionario, submit the contact form at /contact, or contact us directly: name, email address, phone number.
• The answers you give in the qualification questionnaire or contact form, including which profile best describes you (owner, developer, investor, or partner), details about your project or professional activity, and any message you send us.
• Payment data for paid sessions. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves, payment is processed by Stripe, which collects and stores this data under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data collected automatically if analytics is enabled on this site: pages visited and approximate, aggregate usage patterns. This is collected without cookies and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we use your data, and our legal basis

• To respond to your booking and provide the session or service you requested. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
• To process payment for paid sessions. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and compliance with our accounting and tax obligations.
• To correspond with you by email about your booking or enquiry. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• To understand how our website is used, if analytics is enabled. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Who we share your data with

We share data with the following processors, who act on our instructions:

• Cal.com, for scheduling and managing bookings.
• Stripe, for processing payment for paid sessions.
• Google Sheets (Google Workspace), for internal management of contacts and requests received.
• Resend, for sending transactional emails, such as confirmations and internal notifications.
• Vercel Analytics, if enabled on this site, for cookieless, aggregate website analytics.

We also correspond with you directly by email, using standard business email services. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

International transfers

Some of our processors, including Cal.com and Stripe, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

How long we keep your data

Data from requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship, such as questionnaires, contact messages or bookings that do not result in a service being provided, is kept for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted.

Booking, billing and correspondence data relating to services actually provided is kept for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, generally for 10 years after the end of our relationship with you, in line with Portuguese commercial and tax record keeping rules. Payment data is retained by Stripe under its own retention rules.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request erasure of your data, where applicable
• request restriction of how we use your data
• object to our use of your data for certain purposes
• request that we transfer your data to you or to another provider (data portability)

Complaints to the CNPD

If you believe we have not handled your personal data correctly, you can contact us first, or you can lodge a complaint directly with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority, at cnpd.pt.
