You keep full ownership. We don't buy it and you're never obliged to sell.
What can I build on my land?
The Diagnosis answers that: zoning, constraints and value.
Does the 6% VAT apply to my project?
It depends on use, sale level and start date. We check it in the Study.
Can I still get a Golden Visa by buying property?
No, that route closed in 2023. We focus on projects with their own returns.
Are you a real estate agency?
No. We develop and structure projects. Licensed acts are carried out by our partner Developlan.
